Requirements

Role Overview

We are looking for a technically skilled Support Engineer who is passionate about customer success and has a strong foundation in modern web technologies. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys solving complex technical problems while maintaining excellent communication with customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support to enterprise customers using our AI contact center platform
  • Help customers make the best use of the product and solve their unique problems
  • Work closely with customers and engineers to understand their requirements and provide appropriate solutions and improve features

Required Skills

  • Strong understanding of prompt engineering
  • Hands-on experience with writing prompts for various LLMs and use cases
  • Basic knowledge of AI/ML concepts
  • Good understanding of web technologies (Next.js, React) and how most software systems are built

Bonus Skills

  • Knowledge of API integrations and web services
  • Basic knowledge of git and version control
  • Proficiency in database querying (PostgreSQL, SQL)

Qualifications
